Rental Rate Notes

Condominium complex has minimum seven night rental policy. In addition No Smoking and N Pets are allowed. Holiday/Premium rates apply when applicable. Winter Holiday weekly rates are $2495 per week and $3495 per month.

Rental Policies

$250.00 Reservation Fee and first half rent due within 7 days to hold reservation. 2nd half of rent, $1000 Security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $135 cleaning fee due 45 days before check-in to confirm reservation.

$250 Reservation fee and $1000 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
