Walk to "The World's Safest" beach from this charming, beautifully furnished home and enjoy the white sands and mild ocean surf that put Carpinteria on the map as a great family resort town. With scenic views of the ocean, the Salt Marsh Reserve, and the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains all around you, the Beach House is the perfect location for relaxation and fun. This classic home has two bedrooms one bath upstairs and one bedroom one bath in the original rustic "Sugar Shack".

The attached "Sugar Shack" is made up of a historic covered wagon; over eighty years old which has a sitting area complete with cable TV/VCR, a bathroom with shower and an adorable bedroom with a day/trundle bed and roll-away bed. Decorated with antiques and used treasures the "Sugar Shack" is both private and practical with its own separate entrance to a lovely garden patio.

The Beach House is perfect for reunions, large family get-togethers, holidays and vacations. You'll be right in touch with the Santa Barbara and Carpinteria destinations and activities that make your visit memorable. - Whale watching, bathing and surfing, golf, tennis, polo games, festivals, wine tasting, historic and cultural museums, and much more. Rental Policies

$250.00 Reservation fee/security deposit due within 15 days to hold reservation.
Rent, $750 additional security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $150.00 cleaning fee due 45 days before check-in to confirm reservation.

$250 Reservation fee and $750 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
