Well, it still exists on Fourth Street here in Carpinteria, only better. It has that same safe cozy feeling for 4, but expands to welcome extended family and friends! It's perfect for summer vacations, snowbird getaways, and Thanksgiving or Christmas gatherings. The front portion of the house has two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath. If that's not enough room there's the option of additional 3 bedrooms, 2 more full bathrooms, sitting room with internet, TV room with Play Station, and off-street parking galore for the whole gang!

Let the kids walk to the beach or have a salt marsh adventure while the grown-ups enjoy a good book or explore the antique shops just down the street. Everything you need is within walking distance. Or hop on the train for an all day excursion in Santa Barbara - it couldn't be easier or more convenient.

Rental Rate Notes

Full house rents as a 5 bedroom, 3 bath. Front cottage only rents as a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. The front cottage can be rented in the winter at $1,000.00 per week and $1,850.00 per month. Holiday rates apply for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Spring Break weeks. Holiday rate for full house $2000 per week. Holiday rate for front cottage only $1400 per week.

Rental Policies

$250.00 Reservation Fee/security deposit due within 15 days to hold reservation. Rent, Additional security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $175.00 cleaning fee due 45 days before check-in to confirm reservation. During winter full house reservation fee/security deposit total is $700, cottage only reservation/security deposit total is $500. Summer reservation fee/security deposit total is $1000.

Reservation fee and security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
