This unit features a living room with a Fireplace & mountain views, a renovated fully equipped kitchen, one queen & two full size beds, two full bathrooms, in unit washer/ dryer, covered parking, outside shower, and BBQ/entertainment area.

This eight unit "Building" is oceanfront... yes on the sand... making the unit itself just STEPS to the beach and a short walk to town. The unit itself is on the beach side of Sandyland Road and is located on the second floor of a two story building just 4 units back from the sand.

Rental Rate Notes

Condominium complex has minimum seven night rental policy. In addition No Smoking and No Pets are allowed. Holiday/Premium rates apply when applicable. Winter Holiday rates... $1995 per week and $2995 per month.

Rental Policies

$250.00 Reservation Fee and first half rent due within 7 days to hold reservation. 2nd half of rent, $1000 Security deposit, 10 % bed tax, and $135 cleaning fee due 45 days before check-in to confirm reservation.

$250 Reservation fee and $1000 security deposit (less any damage or lost key charges) are refunded after stay. $250 Reservation fee is forfeit if reservation is canceled.
